But despite my years of experience, I found myself deeply frustrated by the underwhelming results of laser tattoo removal treatments, the outdated technology and damage that can cause. Like many, I became a client myself - spending thousands of dollars on laser sessions that left me disappointed.

The technology was outdated, the results were slow, and the downtime was frustrating. I began to wonder: If this is the best the industry has to offer, how are clinics supposed to succeed?

That moment sparked the creation of BeautiMed. I set out to design and source laser machines that performed better. Machines that delivered true clinical results, faster outcomes, and lower running costs. Machines that weren’t just sold and forgotten - but backed by real training, registration guidance, and ongoing support.
